This is a space for those moments. The in-between. The unravelling. The remembering.
I’m Leah- a psychological science student, shadow-work practitioner, and community worker with over a decade of frontline experience supporting youth, families, and those in crisis. My work lives at the threshold where science meets spirit, and where breakdown becomes initiation.
This is not about fixing you.
This is about walking beside you as you reclaim what was buried.

About us
Mystic Cottage was born from a simple belief: every woman deserves a space where she can reconnect with herself.
Life has a way of pulling us in many directions. We spend years caring for others, meeting expectations, navigating challenges, building careers, raising families, supporting loved ones and carrying responsibilities. Along the way, many of us lose touch with our own needs, dreams, identity and sense of self.
Like many women, my own journey has been shaped by both joy and hardship. Through personal challenges, motherhood, study, work and significant life transitions, I came to understand that growth is rarely a straight path. Instead, it unfolds in seasons, each offering its own lessons, opportunities and wisdom.
Mystic Cottage was created as a place to honour those seasons.
Inspired by the archetypes of the Maiden, Mother and Crone, Mystic Cottage recognises that every woman moves through different stages of life. Some are discovering who they are and the future they wish to create. Some are balancing the demands of family, relationships and responsibility. Others are entering a season of reflection, wisdom and personal transformation.
No matter where you are on your journey, you deserve a space where you feel seen, supported and empowered to grow.
Drawing on over a decade of experience in community services, youth work, crisis support, domestic violence services and multicultural outreach, alongside ongoing studies in Psychological Science, my approach combines evidence-informed understanding with compassion, reflection and lived experience.
Mystic Cottage exists to support women through education, personal development, self-discovery and meaningful connection. It is a space for learning, growth and reconnection—a place where women can pause, reflect on where they have been, embrace who they are today and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
